01 - 4 slices sourdough or white sandwich bread
02 - 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Seasoning
04 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
# How To Make It:
01 - Spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Generously sprinkle the buttered side of each slice with everything bagel seasoning, pressing lightly to adhere.
03 - Flip two slices so the buttered, seasoned side faces down. Layer two slices of cheddar cheese on each, then top with remaining bread slices, seasoned side out.
04 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove sandwiches from skillet, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
